Tinatini Papashvili

Tinatini (AKA Tina) is a Business Analysis Leader (CBAP), Project Manager (PRINCE2), and Product Owner (CPOA, PSPO II) with more than 10 years of experience helping organizations align business and technology through Agile practices.

As the first Georgian Certified Agile Analysis Professional (AAC), she has led teams, fostered stakeholder collaboration, and delivered value-focused digital products across industries.

Beyond her project work, Tinatini is passionate about strengthening the Business Analysis community in Georgia. Over the years, she has volunteered to mentor and support fellow Business Analysts, sharing knowledge and helping them grow their careers. Through the IIBA Georgia Chapter, she remains committed to empowering professionals and raising the standards of business analysis across the country.

Shorena Tielidze

Shorena is a results-driven IT Portfolio and Project Manager with 10+ years of experience in project, program, and portfolio management. She specializes in AI-powered project governance, digital transformation, and regulatory compliance. Skilled in stakeholder engagement, risk management, and Agile and Waterfall methodologies, she has successfully led technology implementations, payment systems, open banking, and audit and compliance initiatives.
